Sixth-Eighth Grade

Welcome Sixth-Eighth Grade Students!

Are you new to sixth-grade Faith Walks or Faith Basics?

Contact Amy Niemann at 763.235.7629 or

aniemann@beautifulsaviorlc.org to learn more about the programs

and how we help sixth- to eighth-grade students grow in their

relationship with Jesus.

As you enter your teens, we are excited to grow with you and learn:

  • What God says about prayer

  • Who He says He is; how He shows his love for us by giving us
    guidelines for life

  • How He is present with us through water, wine, and bread.

Beautiful Savior is a welcoming place where you can get to know God better and make your faith your own. You’ll have fun and build a community of Christian friends as we sing, serve, talk, and listen together. (We have an incredibly great time on our retreats, too!)

Middle School Sundays

Let's Make a Difference. in our congregation on Sunday mornings! Beautiful Savior Kids? Livestreaming? heBrews? Join in at 9:25 a.m. in Room 210 and get connected with an amazing way to serve! Curious? Connect with Amy at aniemann@beautifulsaviorlc.org.

Start Wednesday Nights with a Meal

Family-friendly dinners served 5:30-6:15 p.m. in the Commons (inside Door A). Freewill offering. All meals have a gluten-sensitive option and a dairy-sensitive option when possible. Our last Wednesday dinner for the spring will be May 8.

Sixth Grade Faith Walk Wednesdays

Our time of fun and connection for sixth graders is 6:30-8 p.m. each Wednesday. We’ll start with opening music at 6:30 p.m. in Room 210. Then we’ll have Bible time and some gym time, too! Our last Wednesday for the spring will be May 8.

Parents join their sixth-grade children several times during the year for special times of learning, growing in God's Word, preparing to receive The Lord's Supper, and learning about God's design for sexuality and relationships. Watch for dates for our next Bible Foundations and First Communion segments starting in the fall of 2024.

Seventh and Eighth Grade Faith Basics Wednesdays

Seventh- and eighth-grade students connect weekly 6:30-8 p.m. to learn and review the basics of our faith— FAITH BASICS! We’ll begin with opening music in Room 210 and then move to the Great Room as we continue to explore the 10 Commandments.

The year consists of classes, service projects, and relationship-building events. Most weeks, small groups meet with an adult guide after a large-group presentation. Our last Wednesday for the spring for seventh graders will be May 8; eighth graders will join Sr. High on May 15!

Student outlines from our teaching time in Faith Basics are in the Lessons section below.
